WORKANDER is a test service, not a live recruitment service. Opportunities and organizations are fictional. Use test profile details and an email address you control. Do not use this demo to arrange real employment or travel, or upload identity documents.

Data used during testing

The hosted test site runs on Railway and stores test records in its PostgreSQL database. These include email addresses, password hashes, profiles, visa declarations, saved opportunities, applications, messages and notification preferences. Data entered on the hosted site is not stored only on your device. Information submitted in applications and messages can be viewed by the relevant test participants.

Email and service providers

The hosted test site uses Resend to send account verification, password-reset and other enabled notification emails. Recipient addresses and email content are sent to Resend for delivery. Contact messages are forwarded to the configured support recipient. Delivery status is recorded to help operate and troubleshoot the service.

A separate local development setup may store records in a local database and save email previews in a private development mailbox instead of sending them. This does not describe the hosted Railway test site.

Test records and support

Test records may be removed or reset by the test operator. A formal retention schedule and self-service account deletion are not yet available. Use the Contact WORKANDER link below to ask about your test records; do not include passwords, verification links or identity documents in your message.

This notice describes the current test service. Reviewed production terms, privacy and data-handling procedures are still required before public operation.
